- Mrs McKeown's Update Friday 3rd April
Mrs McKeown's Update Friday 3rd April 3 April 2020 (by Martin Coyne (m.coyne)) |
We have reached the end of week 2!!
Over the Easter holidays teachers will not be setting any home activities as the children need a break. This will resume on the 20th April when school would normally reopen for the Summer term. Staff will have an out of office on their emails indicating when they would usually work or when they intend to have their Easter break. I mentioned this a while ago on one of the parent updates.
Looking ahead, if this situation continues over the Summer term, the INSET days planned on the 22nd May , 1st -3rd June and 20th July will be postponed and school will be open. The June half term will also be used for emergency childcare and the 8th May Bank Holiday will be used for emergency childcare. However ,if we all continue to follow the Government guidelines I am hoping schools will be open fully before September but we do not know as yet.
Have a lovely weekend and enjoy the better weather that is due to come our way.
Keep in touch
